CONGO President Renate Bloem spoke about a "global alliance against racism as a partnership based on mutual trust with governments, international agencies and other members of civil society..." in her address to the Plenary Session at the World Conference Against Racism on Thursday 6 September. Ms. Bloem stressed the need to give visibility and support to the Voice of African Women at a panel during the Conference.
