Information for NGOs:
Access to the United Nations during the Special Session: only NGOs accredited to the Special Session will be allowed to enter UN Headquarters during the event. In addition, each organization will receive two transferable passes.

The accreditation process for NGOs has been closed. NGOs accredited to attend the Special Session in September 2001 have been re-invited by letter and must re-register no later that 19 April 2002.
