* CoNGO's Civil Society Development Forum (CSDF) 2011 - Geneva Component - 29, 30 June & 1 July Morning

“Civil Society’s Essential Role in Achieving Education for all” will be the theme of the CSDF 2011 Geneva Component, that will take place on 29 – 30 June and the morning of 1 July in the Ecumenical Centre, 150 route de Ferney

The CSDF will, as each year, focus on the Millennium Development Goal (MDG) that is the priority of ECOSOC’s Annual Ministerial Review. In 2011 the theme of the ECOSOC Annual Ministerial Review is “Implementing the internationally–agreed goals and commitments in regard to education”. As in previous years, the CSDF 2011 Geneva Component will be held before the ECOSOC High Level Ministerial Review sessions with the aim to monitor important developments and promote action.
