Dear Friends and Colleagues,

I am very pleased to invite you to the next CONGO Board meeting to be held on 5-6 March 2007 in New York.

Exact venue and a time related program will be announced at a later stage.

As usual, the session will be preceded by a CONGO Officers' and Finance meeting which will take place on 4 March at a place tbc.

Please find enclosed a Provisional Agenda and the Minutes of our last session. Additional documents and reports will be sent as we receive them.

In order to ease the organization, we would be very grateful if you could confirm your attendance to the meeting by returning on time the attached registration form.

As you know, CONGO Board meetings are open to CONGO members as observers and we encourage in particular Committee Chair persons to attend.
